OUR DESIGN SERVICES
Construction Design
Our team will collaborate with you, the contractor and architect on floor plan development and finish selections. This includes details such as lighting and plumbing fixtures, flooring, hardware, cabinetry, mill work, counter, tile and paint selections. During this stage of design planning we will create a cohesive finish package and architectural plans that aligns with our client’s vision for their home. This phase may also include project management during the construction phase to ensure successful implementation of the design. Our team will work with the client’s own contractor and architect or we can bring in our own team.
Furnishing + Accessory Design
Our team will assist with everything from space planning, room layouts, paint, furnishings, window treatments, decorative lighting, artwork, accessory selections and everything in between! This phase may also include light construction elements such as custom millwork design as well as flooring installations and would include project management and subcontractor management. Our team will take care of every stage of the ordering process from tracking and receiving, inspecting and finally installation, creating a seamless process for our clients.

We take the time to understand your needs and work together with you in order to achieve your desired vision within your budget and schedule.
design consultation
Initial meeting on-site to assess your design needs and provide overall direction on your project. We provide real time advice and design solutions for you to follow so that you can tackle your design project on your own time. Or if you would like to continue on with our design plan or our full service design package this two hour consult is a starting off point for gathering information and establishing a scope of services for your project.
DESIGN PLAN
A comprehensive design plan with shopping list for a room(s). For the DIY-er who needs direction with creating a plan that achieves their goals but is prepared to purchase all of the items themselves. We will design the space, provide floor plan layouts, and source furniture and accessories. The homeowner then takes over the plan and handles all ordering and installation on their own. FULL SERVICE DESIGN
Interior design for a whole house, entire room or group of rooms. We create a design plan and manage every detail from concept to finish installation (may or may not include construction). Starts with a Design Consult.
virtual design
Our virtual design services are a great option for those who live outside our service area and/or for anyone who is not ready to have people inside their home due to Covid-19. This design experience is a do-it-yourself design solution that provides you with a plan for creating a professionally designed space that you can implement at your own pace. After filling out our questionnaire and providing floor plans with measurements, this service would start with a one-hour design consultation via zoom which would include an initial discussion of the scope of design services and a virtual tour of the space(s). After the initial one-hour consultation we would provide an estimate for our design services to complete the project. Deliverables would include a comprehensive design package to include a floor plan, concept board, product purchase list with direct links to all selections, along with instructions to fully execute the design. Initial one-hour zoom consultation $150.
